I.The background and significance of project development
 
With the rapid development of waste plastics and rubbers refining industry, its production,fuel oil, is becoming more and more widely applied, and has infiltrated into the national economy in various fields and peoples daily lives. But at the same time,the raw materials has been sharply increased for industrys fast developing and the practitioners increased continually.how to improve the value added of fuel oil on the basis of the original cost of the raw materials? The simplest method is to distill the oil produced by waste plastics and rubber. The distilled oil usually are yellowish or reddish liquid and its mainly technical indicators can meet the standard of 0#or**0# diesel oil and use it in place of the latter, whats more,the price per ton increase **0usd than the crude oil.There are two directions of choice about the fuel oil production device. The one is large petrochemical refining device requiring 1 billion investment,the other one is the conventional and traditional refining device with only ****0usd to ****0usds investment.but the latters working efficiency,reliability,environmental protection cant compare to the former.How to overcome these weaknesses is an important topic at present.
 
Horizontal domestic fixed processor, waste treatment in the production process can not meet environmental requirements, using atmospheric distillation method, the production of oil quality is poor, and relatively low yields.
 
On the basis of the Synthetic study achievement,combining the virtue of large petrochemical refining device,we has designed and launched

(1) The whole process of the device production is environment friendly, tasteless & smoke-free.
 
(2) The decompression device adopts the water cycling, greatly improving the safety of the whole system.
 
(3) During the production, the whole system after decompression, can greatly improve the output in unit time, at the same time to improve the quality of products.
 
   
(4) The heating system use the hot air heating process, more efficient and more safe.
 
    
(5) Efficient gas heating system; In the refining process, when the heated gas reached **0℃, it will produce a large number of gas which can not be liquefied under normal temperature and pressure ( methane **- butane ). These gas can produce large amounts of energy when combusted in our specifical designed energy-saving gas nozzle.
 
    (6) Flue dust removal system equiped with two-way water impact of cyclone dust chamber, ensures the flue emissions meet the national emission standard.

V. Technological process
 

Pump the raw oil into the reboiler, heat the oil with catalytic under low pressure, the condensate of the oil vapor is refined oil product, burn the rest of the oil vapor which can not be condensation by gas system.
