Today other multi-blade saw products ignore the disadvantages of log: Un-straight and burt which could lead a machine halt when the un-straight part higher than the machine height linitation. Our R&D team has created a new multo-blade saw machine MJY142B-40 which has a limited-height milling tool in the feeding system. When log is feeding, the over-height part will be milled off (the over height part should not surpass 30mm), and the log can be successfully passed. It increases 10% of working efficiency.

Log multi-blade saw (i.e. multi-blade saw for round wood) is a new saw machine for da,p & dry raw woodthat without the deturn plane, which is develooped by our company in reponse to the exploding market demands.

• Up and down saw spindle, small saw blade dismeter and thin saw kerf (50% of normal single-spindle multi-blade saw for same log);
• flat and smooth sawing surface (replace planer);

• Upper pressing roll automatically increase tensile force to ensure stable feeding.
