1.Usage and features

Our factory can provide you single machine and complete set of equipment.
The finished products are egg-shaped ball, oval-shaped ball, circular-shaped ball, square-shaped ball, columnar-shaped ball, banding-shape ball, cake-shaped ball, etc. Furthermore, apart from shapes mentioned above, we can also produce other various types based on customer requirements. The charcoal ball pressing machine is
widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, refractories, abrasive, fertilizer, ceramics, etc.

2.raw material

The raw material comes from small size waste charcoal broken in storage or while transportation, or comes from charcoal chunk after biomass burned. With this machine, the waste charcoal chunk can be made into charcoal briquettes or charcoal stick and recycled for barbecue, room heating etc.

3.production line

There are two machines in the production line: mixing machine and charcoal pressing machine. The function of mixing machine is mixing natural binder, charcoal powder and other raw materials. Then it will be pressed different shape briquettes using charcoal ball pressing machine.
