MORTAR FOR CONCRETE SURFACE REPAIR

Description

Mortar SIB R*0 is a product comprised of cement-based aggregates of particle size selected high hardness and chemical additives and thus represent a mortar with high resistance, ideal for repairing surface industrial concrete floors.
Application fields
- Repair concrete super large areas indoors and outdoors;
- Repair cracks and minor irregularities;
- Repair of concrete with little resistance because of the rain water when they are implemented;
- Leveling of small areas with little planimetry;
- Application in industrial areas subject to high wear.
- Garages, parking lots, factories, pedestrian zones, etc.


Application
Support:
The surface must be dry, rough, free of dust and other loose particles.
Before applying the product, the substrate must be cleaned by removing the covers of lacquer, oil, plastic, grease, and other healing products.
For application of **3mm thick is recommended the application of the primary SIBPRIMER A2, before applying the mortar. The primer should dry **3 hours before application.
For thickness of 5 mm on porous surfaces we recommend the application of primary SIBPRIMER C1, and the consequent imposition of mortar in the system wet on wet "WET TO WET".
To support smooth, slightly porous, and heavy traffic areas, it is recommended the application of the primary ITS primer, with the addition of **9 loads ITS DRY SAND


Application
You should mix *5 kg of R*0 SIB, approximately 4 liters of water until a smooth paste and pasty.
The mortar can be applied in a single layer or multilayer system.
Each layer should have thickness greater than 5 mm. If applying for more than one layer, the application of the 2nd layer should only occur after drying of the 1st layer.
The mortar should be tight, and hand tooled finish.
In case of doubt, we recommend to perform some tests before application.

Further processing
Under conditions of very high temperature, direct sunlight and strong winds it is recommended the application of the product or SIBAQUACURE SIBCURING healing in order to protect the mortar of his premature dehydration and consequent cracking.
