Silica Chopped Strands

Silica fiberglass is inorganic fiber that contents more than *6% of SiO2, it`s resistant to high temperature, soft point ***0°C, long term service temperature **0°C, and it can work *0 minutes at ***0°C and keeps good state at ***0°C for *5 seconds. For it`s properties of chemical stability, high temperature resistance and obtain resistance, it widely used in aviation and aerospace, metallurgy, chemical, building material and fire fighting industry, etc... 

The silica fiberglass products are available in forms of needled mat, fabric, scrim, staple yarn, chopped strand, cord, etc.

Strand length: ****0 mm 

Filament diameter: 7 or 9 um 

Density (nominal): *5 +/- *5tex 

Breaking strength: >= 4.0 N 

SiO2 content: >=*6% 

Loss on ignition: <=3%

Length can be decided by customer's order
