Our line of sponge rubber materials include Silicone Sponge, Open Cell Sponge and Closed Cell Sponge. Closed cell sponges are generally impermeable to water, which make these good choices for water sealing applications.

Silicone Sponge
RAYMAC Silicone Sponges are excellent materials for gasketing and padding applications that require a soft, compressible material. The closed and partially-open cells of these sponges prevent water absorption. Theses materials also provide the ozone, weather and UV resistance typical of silicone. Available in Soft, Medium, Firm and Extra-firm densities.


Open Cell Sponge
RAYMAC  Open Cell Sponges are gasketing and padding materials composed of connected cells that allow air or gas to pass through when compressed. These sponges offer good compression set characteristics, and typically rebound faster than closed cell sponges. Available in Soft and Medium densities.


Closed Cell Sponge
RAYMAC Closed Cell Sponges are neoprene/EPDM polymers for gasketing and sealing applications that require a soft, compressible material. These sponges are extremely impermeable to water, and good choices for shock absorption, weather sealing and thermal barriers. Available in Soft, Medium, Medium-firm, Firm and X-firm densities.
