ZPS Staright-flo separator
A. Structure.
   It is composed of Bottom basement, Spring, Sieving frame, SS**4 mesh, Vibration motor, Cover, Clamps, etc.

B.Principle.
1. Based on XZS series rotary vibrating screen, the ZPS Straight-flo separator absorbs the advanced technology from domestic and overseas and adopts senior processing technique. This machine is a screening and filtering machine with special design.

2. There are two same vibrating motors to be installed symmetrically on the both sides. And there are also two eccentric blocks on the motor’s upper and down.

3. In the process of working, the eccentric blocks make cubic element movement (horizontal, up-down, and tilting). By changing the track (the material moves on the mesh), the screening target will be realised.

C. Usage:
1. The outlet for siftage (the removing parts, impurity, etc.) adopts the line structure, which improves the speed and capacity of removing. So ZPS Straight-flo separator is very suitable for generally screening (such as removing impurity) and wet screening .
