Graphite PTFE Packing Reinforced With Aramid Corners

Graphite PTFE Packing Reinforced With Aramid Corners is made of PTFE graphite yarns composed of PTFE dispersion and fine graphite powder, which are then composite braided with PTFE latex treated Aramid Fiber.

This packing has superior corruption resistance, lubricating ability and attrition resistance, and is widely used in dynamic sealing place with high pressure and line speed in media of small bed loads.

Application Conditions
1) Working Temperature: - 75°C- +260 °C

2) - Max. Working Pressure: 3 Mpa (Rotary Pump)
- Max. Working Pressure: 8 Mpa (Reciprocating Pump)
- Max. Working Pressure: 15Mpa (Valve)

3) PH Value: 2 - 12

4) - Linear Speed: 15m/s (Rotary Pump)
- Linear Speed: 2m/s (Reciprocating Pump)
- Linear Speed: 2m/s (Valve)

5) Cross Section: ≥1/4 ~ ≤1-1/2 (6x6 — 38x38 mm)

6) Density: 1.50 ~ 1.65 g/cc

7) Regular Package: 5 or 10 kg/roll
