Kavitsu Robotronix Pvt. Ltd., Satara now offers a high performance slewing bearing in a variety of designs of ball and roller types. In case of ball type design, we offer single row ball bearing slewing ring with four point contact and double row ball bearing slewing rings with double axis system.

In case of roller bearing design, we offer three roller bearing slewing rings with axial & radial roller type. Pre-heat treated high quality alloy steel is used for rings with final treatment with induction hardening. A perfect profile of rollers and ball seats is achieved with preliminary machining and finally by grinding with sophisticated state of art machines and special tooling developed in-house.

A variety range up to ***0 mms external diameter can be offered with either internal teeth or external teeth cut or without any teeth. The complete bearing is offered in pre-lubricated condition with grease nipples, high quality dust seals and standardized claiming bolt pattern. These bearings give a normal life of ****0 revolutions on load. The selection of type of rolling element either ball or roller and the number of rows, is entirely base on an application and method of use, such as slewing over angle, operating cycle, oscillatory motion etc.

Normally, these bearings are used where a rotary motion is required without transmission of high radial load, rotation at slow speed and little rough application. The major fields in which these slewing bearing rings are used are as follows. Wind turbine, turntable, mobile crane, excavator, port crane, turn dish rotation in steel industry, work platform and so on. Along with the slewing ring bearings we offer slewing gearboxes also. These are with pinion suitable to drive the slewing ring bearing.
