Description

Sliding bearings are key components used in gear pumps for mixers, also known as bearing bushes. This component is a key factor restricting the long-term operation of the production line.
Sliding bearings are mainly divided into two types: silver-coated bearings and wear-resistant bearings. The silver-coated sliding bearings are two-body combined structures, consisting of a bearing outer sleeve and a bearing inner sleeve. After the two are hot-fitted, an anti-rotation pin is added at the connection to make the two interlock. The bearing outer sleeve is made of high-quality alloy structure, which has high comprehensive mechanical properties after forging, tempering, quenching and stabilization treatment. The bearing inner sleeve is made of high-quality carbon steel and a 1mm thick silver layer with a purity of *9.9%, which is made using ion spraying technology.
