 HRF***0 slurry seal (micro-surfacing) vehicle is the first automatic electric and hydraulic operation equipment and easy to operate during the working, which adopted advanced electric-hydraulic proportional control technique and improves the precision of the mixture perfectly.
    HRF***0 slurry seal (micro-surfacing) vehicle adopted LED hand touch screen and PLC controller, the main operating comands and setting menus on the screen are composed by *0 pictures which including main interface (setting the mixture proportion and time display), system parameter setting interface and other needed interface etc.
    The operator could any proportion mixture in the hand touch screen and press the soft of run, the course be controlled by closed circle feedback ,and the machine would run reliably and high precision. The machine high automatic reduces the personal interfere and improves the quality of slurry seal (micro-surfacing).Main performance characteristics:
    Terminal control and operate by hand touch screen, auto run/ stop by only one touch ;
    Feedback loops control ensure the mixture proportion accurately and the operator could monitor the working course at any moment by touch screen;
    The attached printer provides a printout on demand to monitor the costs and productions better. Using this control system help the operator easily monitor production rates and reduce material waste.
    Integrated electric-hydraulic proportional control valves system enhances the operation stability and reduces the machine maintenance job.
Automatic system inspects troubleshooting in time and give an alarm to save the operator maintain time.
    Automatic material (such as aggregate, emulsion, cement) finish shutdown sensor. 
Automatic lifting platform moves the cement to the cement hopper.
Additive material was draw out by air pressure and control by proportion electric valve in pipe.
    The hydraulic hopper vibrator avoids the aggregates jammed.
    Two water spray units on the tyre avoids the fresh slurry adhere to the tread.
    Full Bore Magmeter for easy continuous or batch control emulsion flux.
    The mixture material ratios of aggregate, asphalt emulsion and fines tighter with an electronic signal, and automatically maintains the ratios with feedback loops that correspond to the aggregate. Material ratios are set at the operator touch screen interface by the operator, rather than by reading a graph of calibration before start working.
