Toilet soap Wrapping machine UGP***0T, machine designed speed output would be up to **0PPM depending upon soap shape ,size , soap bar feeding options and wrapper charactertics. UGP ***0TS design specifications are as follows:
Machine is designed to overwrap the soft Toilet bar soaps.
5 station vacuum pick and place continuous motion
High speed output up to **0+ PPM at *5% efficiency, depending upon the shape, size of the Soap and charactertics of Laminate
Servo/PLC based smart infeed conveyor for auto correction of soap bar position at higher speed.Servo/PLC based cut-off unit for wrapper and stiffener cut-length setting
The Auto feed Conveyor provides attention free linking with stamping machine.
Excellent quality of soap handling, even for soft soap bar.
Timing belts are used allows maintenance free operation for long periods of time.
Centralized lubrication of machine taking care of all moving mechanisms and splash lubrication of critical mechanisms
No-soap-No-wrapper Cut interlock
Long top and side heaters with Cooling Plates for reliable sealing at high speeds
Digital temperature controllers for all heaters (separate front and rear side heaters)
Accurate eye-mark correction through PLC/Servo control
Stainless steel guards for machine.
All parts in contact with soap are either stainless steel.
