1 Working principle

2 Working mode:

1.     PV prior, utility grid (AC back up), use order PV>li-on battery>grid

2.     When AC is working, PV is working, system will use PV power first to supply power the loads and AC (grid) will be working as back-up mode.

3.     During day time, when the sunlight is sufficient, the charge controller controls the PV module to work at Max power point, and through the inverter to supply AC power to the loads, at meantime, the extra power is used to charge the batteries; When the PV module can not supply the power, the batteries’ power will be fed in to supply power to the loads and when the depth of discharge rate reaches to *0%, the batteries will stop supplying power and then the grid will supply power to the loads.

4.     When it is rainy or cloudy and there is no sunlight, when the batteries’ SOC>*0%, the system will automatically use batteries to supply power. When the batteries SOC≤*0%, the grid power will

be fed in and the grid does not charge the batteries.

5．When grid is out of order, PV power is not sufficient, the system will activate battery power

automatically through inverter to supply power to the loads; When the battery’s SOC is down to *0%, the low voltage alarm will be on (1 time/2 sec), SOC *5% (or single battery voltage<3.*9V), the second alarm will be on (1 time/1 sec), SOC down to *0%, battery stops working. When the grid is back on, the system will switch to grid which will supply power to the loads and also at meantime, will charge the battery up to SOC *0%.

3 Working environment

   The product should be working under following environment as possible

l        Dust free, dry and good ventilation place (install the ventilation if work in a spacious room)

l        Suitable temperature (INV inverter can work at **0℃～*0℃, but it had better start the

l        inverter at the temperature above 0℃, ideal operating temperature is *0℃～*5℃)

l        Meet the humidity requirement（*0%～*0%）, no condense

l        Altitude ≤***0m, when altitude is higher than ***0m, using the capacity below rated capacity is recommended

l        No steam, corrosive gases or flammable explosive items nearby

l       The former level power should meet the safety standard
