Solid tire of pressing tyre was used at rubber-tyred milling machine &.flatcar.This solid tire was produced with sulfuration &.tool pressing working procsee, which tire has below characteristics: high capacity,more cathing gound surface,stable running,lower barycenter and long life.

1)     The material of tire adopt high modulus rubber,This tire has lower rolling resistance and higher wear resistance.

2)     The material for wheel hub adopt steel Q**5,wheel hub was made via professional working process.The inner tolerance of hub is ±0.*4mm,the diameter tolerance of wheel hub is ±0.*3mm.

3)     Each solid tire has series number ,which easily track to ensure perfect after service.

4)     Having final inspection &.tire test produce ,we have follow tests tire, durability test,temperature test under load ,and material controlling test.
