Tam Phong Co., Ltd. was originated from Enterprise *2/*2 established in ***4, was located in the Thuong Dang Le military base – Chau Doc Town. Scope business: processing and trading subtilized cowhide and buffalo-hide, and agricultural products for export.

- ***4 – ***6: Enterprise *2/*2 was owed by **2 Regiment under the command of the High Command Office of Military Zone 9 and represented by the Colonel Mr. Cao Minh and two other founding members including Mr. Do Thanh Doi and Ms. Dang Thi Hong.

- The main business of Enterprise *2/*2 was to process and supply agricultural products for the state-owned exporters including An Giang Import – Export Company, Can Tho Agrofood Export Company, Thot Not Import – Export Company. Afterward, Enterprise *2/*2 have played a major role in the export turn-over of Can Tho and An Giang provinces during the the ***4 and ***5.

- In ***6, Enterprise *2/*2’s premises were requisitioned by the An Giang Army Section to serve the national defence. Henceforth, it stopped operating.

- ***2 – ***6: Mr. Do Thanh Doi and Ms. Dang Thi Hong operated a trading firm to supply Agro-products, food, and feedstuff material at No. **9 Le Hong Phong Street - Tra Noc ward –Can Tho City and functioned as the logistics intermediary for Agro-products and food export companies and animal food manufacturing companies in Binh Duong Province.

- At the end of ***6, Mr. Do Thanh Doi and Ms. Dang Thi Hong decided to set up factories and warehouses in Phu Hoa Ward, Thoai Son District, An Giang province due to the distinctive advantages of the location. An Giang is one of the biggest granaries and centers of vegetables and legumes in Vietnam.
