General Synopsis for Principal Commodity Trading Partners

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
This general synopsis along with the integral attachments hereunder is a Firm and Concrete outline for the
benefit of Trading Partners, and for timely consideration of entering firm contractual engagement with
GEDC/MSHC in Reciprocal Trade Exchange of Gross Domestic Production, (GDP) from and within South
America, Russian Federation/Eastern Europe, India, Africa and other related and desired Demographic Regions;
We, Global Economic Development Corporation, (GEDC) is a newly established (SPV-Instrument)
Corporation within the Russian Federation along with its worldwide holdings, Market Street Holding
Company International Limited, a long term Commodity Growers/Producers, Buyer and Reseller under
Separate Cover, with Large Production Land Holdings and Production Capabilities. Today GEDC/MSHC
has emerged with a New Vision and Actions in Reciprocal Trade Exchange of GDP that will always have
Ethical Monetary Fair Value, Equitable Balance, Encouraged Economic Stability and the Qualified
Satisfaction of Affordable Sufficiency.
To that end, We, MSHC/GEDC propose and offer the following Goods and Services to Qualified PrincipalTrading Partners on a One Year Credit Terms;
 
Production Products: Made to Order on Buyers Specification and Delivery Schedule.
 

 
Note: Any and all Agriculture Commodities that are grown in South America and in any desired Tropical Zones of SouthAmerica and required by Buyers, must be clearly detailed with desired Specification in their Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and covered by their Bank Confirmation/Commitment Letter, (BCL) of Financial Capability.
MSHC/GEDC Offers: Term of Sale on all Products: One Year Credit Term (Qualified Buyers)MSHC/GEDC offers to All its Trading Partners a One Year Credit Term on all Products Purchased on a Made to Order Basis under the following Terms and Conditions;
1:Following the Ratification and Execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement, Buyer shall cause its Bank to issue a One Year Term Payment Guarantee to Sellers Bank, covering the Full Value of the Purchase Agreement. Such Payment Guarantee is Due and Payable at the End of Each Year and/or with the Condition within said Guarantee to Reduce the Monthly Shipment Value, against Standard/Customary Shipping Documents. (Buyers option)
2:Buyers reserve the Right and Option to Take Spot Shipment of Products as available during the Growing and
Production Period. (Seller shall swap its Growing Production for Current Availability to meet Buyers Current
Requirements.
3:Shipping Documents: Evidence of Shipment Shipping Documents
1: Bills of Lading
2:Insurance Policy
3:Packing List
4:Certificate of Quality, Quantity and Weight, (SGS Certificate or Equivalent available at the Loading Ports Jurisdiction)
5:Any and All other Pertinent Relevant Document will be included accordingly and as per Customs & Practices
Commodity Purchase and Sale Agreement shall be in the Format of International Standard Agreement with amicable andmutual Terms and Conditions to reflect the offered One Year Credit Term in favor of Buyers.
Draft Commodity Agreement will be provided after We, MSHC/GEDC are in receipt of a Letter of Interest/ICPO, BCLand (Swift MT***-Pre-Advice as per Text provided herein) from Buyers, detailing the list of Commodities of interest from South America and from other production zones.
Comments:Since we MSHC/GEDC is the Principal Grower/Supplier, We are able to Swap our Made to OrderPlantation/Production for Any Amount of required products, to meet Buyers immediate Requirements.
