3.Safety interlocking

The high voltage will be cut off when opening the electrode box covering,in the mean time putting the curative high-voltage 

electrodes to make sure of the safety of the workers.And the external contact singnal controls the low tension loop to cut off 

the high voltage(If the take-up stops,the high voltage is cut off,the spark breakdowns,the tester stops)
