Main Application:

It used for the sieving and sorting of medicinal pills or globular materials.

Structure & Operating principles:

This machine belongs to spiral tower structure. Firstly materials are sent to the above feed hopper,and then medicinal pillls will naturally roll down along the spiral path based on their own wieghts.This machine utilize the speed difference between good and bad pills to sort,As a result, some abnormal heterotypic pills and double pills will be isolated and thus the quality of filling -pill can be guaranteed.There  is mini -type vibrator installed onthe outlet of feed bin,which can benefit the even falling of materials.

The body of machine is all made of stainless steel ,It is easy to operate and conenient to clean, It completely accor-ds to the GMP standard.At work vacuu-melevator can selected for the ligting of materials.
