1 Introduction

1.1 Spiral welded pipe line is used to roll the low carbon steel/ low alloy steel strip into tube by a certain forming angle, further weld it into steel pipe by sub-merged arc welder. Large diameter pipes can be produced with narrow steel strip.

1.2 Usage of spiral welded pipe：
      For liquid delivery: water supply& drainage
      For gas delivery: coal gas, steam and LPG
      For structural use: piling pipe, structural pipe in the field of bridge, dock, road, and construction, etc.

1.3 Product specification：
      Huaye Produce all kinds of welded pipe mills for pipe diameter φ*0~φ***0mm, wall thickness 1~*5mm, material from Q**5 up to X*0.

1.4 Technical process of the spiral welded pipe line:
feeding→uncoiling→leveling→shearing& butt welding→rotary shear→edge milling→main drive→pre-bend& guide board→forming→inside welding→outside welding→cutting off→pull out→end-facing& beveling→hydrotesting→collection
