1.Qualite Sports Lighting LLC, based in Hillsdale MI, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shane Group, which comprises eight subsidiaries with combined annual revenue exceeding $*0 million USD. The Shane Group has over $*5 million in assets on our balance sheet and our only credit facility is through Bank of America (BOA).

2. Qualite Sports Lighting LLC has been providing sports lighting solutions for *0 years. Qualite engineers and designs to meet project specifications as mandated by the project owner. We also provide poles, concrete or steel, along with cross arms to which the luminaires attach. All of our designs are pre wired and pre aimed prior to dispatch from our factory.
