Cooking Oil Purification Machine is
specially designed for power station, restaurant, electricity
factory, mineral enterprise, lube depot, tractor station,

etc, filtering water content, gas and impurities from edible oil,
vegetable oil, cooking oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, engine
oil, diesel oil, kerosene, aviation hydraulic oil, etc…
This is a pre-treatment process of producing biodiesel, helping
clients clean the used cooking oils by removing particles, water
content, gas content, etc…
This oil recycling machine is also installed a Plate Pressure
system as extra option to separate the sundry goods, big-size
particles and water from the oil quickly and effectively if the oil
contains too many particles.
Two primary filters and fine filter combined for removing various
sizes of impurities thoroughly. Next, the machine adopts highly
vacuum system to dewater and degas. In addition, this machine use
stainless steel filter element, it resists the acid in oil
strongly. So, the used cooking oil was recycled by machine and
become clean.

- High qulity and durable vacuum pump and oil pump system keep
the whole operation safe and reliable.
- Advanced dielectric condensation device
- This machine installs the new pressure protector, which can
control the temperature automatically; also it can drain water on
line by the waterseparator device. So it is easy to control this
machine.
- Advanced carbon infrared heating system keep the heating
temperature rising evenly without heating leakage.
