Stainless steel wire is produced from stainless steel wire rod through the wire-drawing die under the action of drawing force. All Metal wires can be produced by drawing, no matter what the shapes and sizes are. Drawn wires have precise size, bright and smooth finish, easy to produce with simple equipment and dies. Stainless steel wire features fine finish, excellent formability, high plasticity, uniform diameter, precise size and high brightness. It is corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant, difficult to wear and aging. Stainless steel wire also features high tensile strength, stable chemical compositions with low content of impurities. It is mainly used in petroleum, electronics, food, machinery, building, aerospace, military industry, chemical industry, textile, fishery, precise instrument, hardware and artware.
