countless numbers of deal in the past including ongoing

flexible in our procedures and payment terms, Including able to
accommodate any serious buyer's target procedures. We are not
engaged in any kind of upfront payment. We do accept Bank to
Bank procedures. Our refinery can provide POP first to buyers
