Strong Protein Gel Fast Stain provides a fast and sensitive method for SDS-PAGE gel staining and without organic solvent destaining. However, traditional protein gel staining and destaining methods take several hours to finish and leaves easily a deep blue background on the gel which reducing the detection sensitivity. The staining procedure is very straightforward — after a short wash or fixation, gels are simply incubated in the stain and washed.
