Adopting internal chip-discharging strategy, which handles diameter from *0mm to **0mm (drilling), our T***0 Series Deep Hole Boring Machine's drilling, boring and rolling functions are applicable to propeller, landing gear and ejection seat; various barrels in military use; heat exchanger pad in power plant; roller in metallic, all rotating parts for gas cylinder, fluid cylinder and spindle; pipes in casting and forging with accuracy of T*7, roughness(drilling) of Ra*2.5 and roughness(boring) of Ra6.3 as well as roughness(after rolling) of more than Ra 0.4. These Products' Boring Diameter ranges from*0mm to **0mm, with maximum length **0m. Our maximum Boring Machine can handle Boring Diameter ***0mm(T****0)

Accuracy of deep hole drilling and boring machine:

Drill hole: hole accuracy IT*-IT*1, hole roughness: Ra6.3~Ra*2.5um.

Rough bore: hole accuracy IT*-IT9, hole roughness: Ra3.2~Ra6.3um.

Fine bore: hole accuracy IT*-IT9, hole roughness: Ra1.6~Ra3.2um.

Rolling and pressing: hole accuracy IT*-IT7, hole roughness: Ra0.4~Ra0.8um.

Hole straightness: every meter less than 0.5mm.
