department), production department and transformer manufacturing

During the process of quality control,
the company actively promote and implement the ISD***1 quality
management system, four phases of management file, 8D report and
enterpeise information resources management system, the quality
assurance system covers from product development trial production
and procurement of raw materials, process, product inspection and
after sales service. QC department is responsible for all, the
next procedure tests the former system. There are numbers of
testing during the manufacturing process, with inspection in each
section. The first time performing the electrical test, product
samples loading aging test, the QC department confirm the
products finally after the series of processes. The percentage of
products passing tests is over *5%.
