[Product Description]

This Taq DNA polymerase is the thermal stability recombinant Taq DNA polymerase with source of thermophilic bacterium Thermus aquaticus. Its molecular weight is *4 KD. Amplified fragment length is up to 5 KB (simple template). Extending speed is 0.9~1.2 kb/ min (*0~*5°c). This enzyme has both 5' → 3'polymerase and 5' → 3' exonuclease activity, but lacks 3' → 5' exonuclease activity. The PCR product has 3dA. The PCR amplification products have 3dA.
