Property and Usage of Molded Sheet

 

PTFE Sheet is produced by molding suspend PTFE resins.It has the best propery of anti-chemical corrosion and aging-resistant among the known plastics.It has the excellent friction factor among the solid materials and can be used at the temperature of ***0℃~***0℃ with no-loadposition. It is widely used as anti-corrosion liners,seal liners,bearing slide,guide rail and electric insulation parts.

 

Property and Usage of Skived Sheet,PTFE Film & PTFE Oriented Film

 

PTFE Sheets,Films and Oriented Film are produced by molding roughcasts and turning process.It has the excellent dielectric performance,aging-resistant,the best anti-chemical corrosion and wide useful ranges.The film is non-directional film,through molding process to the semi-oriented film and oriented film.It is used as the seal liners in each medium and as the electric isolation part,capacitor medium,lead isolation and electrical apparatus isolation in each frequency.
