To do that you need to build a telephone conversation recording adapter which is designed to be connected between telephone line and computer. After you have made this connection you can use any sound recording application to record telephone conversations to your hard disk. The adapter has two functions: it connects the audio from telephone line to recorder at correct level and it isolates the recorder electrically from telephone line. The isolation is very important part of the adapter, because connecting soundcard directly to the telephone line is against telephone regulations, causes all kinds of noises to telephone line and will damage your recorder. Using this product connects between telephone and handset. Phone Recorder Adapter provides two channel (A and B channel) RJ*2 jack. Two jacks could be satisfied with different telephone specifications. You can select A channel or B channel but often uses A channel. If it cannot be recorded or the speech sounds are lower, please using B replaces A channel and then put RJ*2 plug from A to B. The telephone line we provided attach with Phone Recorder Adapter. It can be used in connecting telephone and RJ*2 jack which is on record adapter. The audio wire provides single channel diameter 3.5 plug. Put this jack on the voice ting entrance on computer.
