TEM-S**0A is a new P-N-Si series of FR synergist specially developed for PVC. It is insoluble in water, completely insoluble in organic solution, non-hygroscopic and fire-resistant. TEM-S**0A using in PVC  can replace *0～*0% of antimony trioxide for the same purpose. It is not only have excellent flame reta- rdant effect, but also reduce largely production cost.TEM-S**0A adopts the special craft to reduce larg-ely harmful substance, thereby heavy metal content of finished goods come up to the latest SVHC, RoHS,  SONY. ● Flame Retardant Feature  ï¼š                 TEM-S**0A is developed especial for PVC, can replace ****0% of antimony trioxid(Sb2O3≥*9.5%,adjust the replace dose in accordance with oxygen index). In parts of PVC, even completely replace antimony tri-oxide(depends largely upon production’s formula, production technology and flame retardant’s requirem-ent ). It possesses with the effect of fire retardant and smoking resistant. Processing flame retardant mat-erial would prevent phenomenon of hydrolysate separation. ● Quality Index： Appearance WhitePowder Purity (%) ≥*9.*0 Specific Gravity (g/cm3) 2.6~2.8 Moisture % ≤0.5 Whiteness % ≥*2 Mesh passing rate **0% ●Application： Used for hard, soft and half soft fire-retardant PVC.  ●Packing： *5kgs/bag, packed in kraft paper bag with PE inner. ●Notice： Please keep package integral, avoid moisture, keep out of sun and be in dry environment while storing.
