OVERVIEW

The SUL**7 split ultrasonic level gauge measures the time it takes for an ultrasonic pulse to travel from start to return. The ultrasonic level gauge is installed vertically on the surface of the liquid, and it sends an ultrasonic pulse to the liquid surface. After a period of time, the sensor of the ultrasonic level gauge receives the signal reflected from the liquid surface, and the signal is selected and processed by the transmitter circuit. According to the time difference between the ultrasonic wave level meter sending and receiving ultrasonic waves, the distance from the liquid level to the sensor is calculated. Split-type ultrasonic level gauges are widely used for liquid level and volume measurement of tanks, pools and reservoirs, as well as for flow measurement in open channels.
