Located in Nansha, Guangzhou, our factory covers an area of 3,**0 sqm. Capacity of K-type prefab house is 4,**0 sqm per month.

We set up a branch in Malaysia in ***5, LUCKYHOME MODULAR HOUSE (M) SDN BHD, and build up a local factory. We have signed the Kuala Lumpur Tower, Malaysia City, National TV Tower, Guantan Malaysia Joint Steel Plant, Country Garden Forest City Industrialization Project and other large-scale temporary construction projects. We luckyhome has become the leader of the local temporary construction enterprises.

K house is a kind of architecture which is built of light steel frame and fenced with sandwich panel. Prefab provides modular elements that can be combined into larger structures which were connected with bolts. Prefab has a number of advantages, such as easy to assemble/disassemble, fast installation, long service life, recycling and reusing, standardized and eco-friendly. 
 
We are specialize in producing prefabs. Our products have following strengths:
-Use galvanized steel structure, which means longer service life and excellent corrosion-resistance.
-Floor carrying is designed to **0kg/m2, which can meet 7 degree requirements for seismic resistance and resist 9 grades typhoons.
-Can be easily assemble/disassemble and reusing while just simple tools are needed. ****0 m2 area can be installed by one worker in a single day.
-Strength and durability. We can customize your prefab and reach construction standards at the same time.
