Special finishing gypsum is classified as C6. It complies with the standard UNE-EN *3.****1: ***6 and RD ***0 / ***9 (CE marking).

DESCRIPTION

Hand applied gypsum for interior; it is indicated for the plaster of special and mechanized gypsum, as well as termination of plaster walls, or ceramic coated with gypsum or plaster.

TECHCNICAL CHARACTERISTIQUES

1.- Water / gypsum relationship recommended: (0,*5)

2.- Fineness of grind: ≤ 2% retained on **0 micron sieve

3.- Purity index sieve: ≥ *0%

4.-Combined water: 3.**4.5%

5.- It has an approximate workability of two hours, depending on the conditions of kneading. Good sliding. It doesn’t repels and the surface results very fine and brilliant.

EMPLPOYMENT MODE RECOMMENDED

1.- Sprinkle the product slowly until the water is covered completely (to saturation). Let stand 3 to 5 minutes and then knead with the help of a mechanical blender until a smooth dense aspect and without lumps.

 2.- Apply with a trowel, from one to three layers depending on the finished level required.

3.- For correct grip, it is important that the finishing layer has to be apllied before the first layer has hardened completely.

4.- Additives should not be added; it may be a change in the setting process and the final strength of the product.

5.- The ornaments must be clean and free of fluorescens and salitres for a perfect grip.

6.- It is necessary to use clean water with a temperature between 5 ° C and *0 ° C.

7.- It is necessary to keep an optimal ventilation for a successful process of drying

PRESENTATION AND STORAGE

The product is sold in bags of brown paper double-bladed, with signage of pink with a content of *5 kg. (±5%).

The storage of this product should be in dry places temperature to preserve its properties.
