Ternary copolymerization smooth emulsion DNT****0

Introduction:

DNT****0 has a new terpolymer block modified silicone chemical structure, with multiple modified functional groups. It can endow the cellulose fiber and its blended fabric garment soft, fluffy, plump and elastic and silky handle, excellent hydrophilic, low yellowing. It is common amino silicone oil upgrading of products.

Specification:            

Emulsifying Method: with oil phase emulsion ***0Kg of solids *0% silicone oil emulsion as an example:  

1、First add *0kg of Emulsifiers to reactor stirring.

2、And then add **0kg of DNT****0, stirring for *0minutes.

3、Then add **0kg of water with *5 minutes.

4、Add the remaining **0kg of water, stirring for *0 minutes.

5、Add acetic acid appropriate dosage adjustment of the silicone oil emulsion PH value **7 emulsion substantially transparent.

6、The final discharging with ******0 mesh filter emulsion, finished packing seal for use or can be used.

Direction for usage:

A、Dip padding method:  Silicone emulsion , ****0g/L, room temperature. Double-dip-double-nip or one-dip-one-nip

B、Immersion method:  Silicone emulsion, :**3%(O.W.F),bath ratio*1:****5,optimum temperature ****0℃,****0min.

Properties:

※It endows cotton fabric with excellent hydrophilic, soft special effect, improving the hydrophilic of chemical fiber and blended fabric.

※Excellent soft effect, endow the fabric fluff, plump elastic, silky handling.

※Low yellowing, especially suitable for plus white/light-colored fabric, dark fabric with super low decolourising property and protective effect.

※The generated emulsion has excellent shear stability, in a wide PH value (***2) range, temperature to boiling and an electrolyte salt condition with excellent shear stability.

※The treated fabric can be re-dyeing, increased the safety use performance.

※Less dosage, the content of *0% is equivalent to about ****0% of the amino silicone handle.

Storage & Package:

Can be stored for 6 months under cool and shady conditions.
