Performance introduction:
1). It is controlled by PLC and adopt touch screen for manual control and auto control. The auto control can realize many auto works such as mould closing, air exhausting, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarming and discharging load when mould opening etc; the touch screen will timely show the temperature of the heating platen at each heating zone. It is very convenient and easy to operate the whole conveyor belt production line.
2). There is a set of valve group of temperature adjuster on each heating area for the platen. By using automatic and smart PLC, it can guarantee the even temperature of each heating area.
3). Hydraulic pressure system: We adopt the famous brand hydraulic pressure station from the domestic and abroad, under the controlling of PLC, it can realize the auto mould closing, air exhausting and load discharging when opening mould.
4). The main vulcanizing press segment are adopted to vulcanize and make ordinary rubber conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt, PVG belt ,rope and other conveyor belt. The main vulcanizing machine adopt modern frame structures, the platen and plunger are all made of superior material, they are accurately processed and have high wear-resistance strength.
5) There are many advantages for this conveyor belt production line: convenient maintenance, smoothly operation, easy adjusted ,The automatic PLC control system can realize multi program automatic control of curing process, the temperature of the platen can be measured and regulated.
6) There is a synchronous axis under the platform. This will improve the control level and provide with high efficiency of production and low intensity of labor.
