Structure Features
This model is features as crease marks free. Fabrics are
circulating in the liquor at a
natural floating state, which fundamentally stops the crease
marks from occurring. It is
thus an ideal choice for sensitive fabrics.
Large capacity and high speed.
The fabric accumulator bottom is paved with Teflon bar, which
forms a large space for
fabric moving. This designing is accompanied with large-volume
main pump and high speed
fabric-lifting system to guarantee an optimized dyeing
effect.
Sophisticated processing results in ideal surface effect
All the surfaces that is possible to be in touch with the
fabrics are polished with care.
These highly polished surfaces and the overflow dual-grade
nozzle remove the fuzzy grain
problem on fabrics.
