Description
RD**5 Hydroxyalkylamide is a tetra-functional group containing hydroxyalkylamide crosslinker. It, as a substitute of TGIC, is suitable for curing with carboxyl-terminated polyester or acrylic resin to provide TGIC-free based exterior durable powder coatings.

Process & Use levels
RD**5 is added to the binder/pigment blend before extrusion.
Recommended to design formulation by weight parts of *5/5 [resin to RD**5] for pure polyester resin with AV ca *4mgKOH/g; *6.5/3.5 by weight for polyester resin with AV ca. *2 mgKOH/g.

Shelf life
Based on our experience the shelf life of this product is at least within one year from date of manufacture. For longer than this period, it is recommended to check the hydroxyl equivalent value.

Storage & Notice
Store in temperature between 2 to *5 C or cool dry place to avoid moisture-absorption. 

Handing & Precaution 
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid breathing dust. Wash after handling.
