This is an award winning barbaque sauce that comes in three variaties. The first is a mild sauce called, Sweet Love. This has a sweet and subtle smokiness that hits each side of your tongue with the perfect amount of heat while still allowing your taste buds to experience the flavours, it is a tomatoe based sauce. A meduim sauce called Medi-Yum, which is a tangy version of the sweet love with a touch of heat to warm up your tongue, mild enough for the most sensitive palate yet has enough bite to tantalize the tongue. It has a robust flavour and is also tomatoe based. Then there is the hot flavour called Smokin Hot, which is for the bravest of Habanero lovers, which gives off enough heat to warm the back of the throat yet permits your tongue to taste the rich texture and spicy flavour, it is alo a tomatoe based sauce. These sauces have a warm, rich flavour that compliments the meat you are cooking.
You can use it as a marinade prior to cooking or as a basting sauce while you are cooking or you can do both.
