Thermal Treatment Oils:

Description:

These are high performance hardening, water delivery oils with high hardening ability obtained by adding suitable packed additives to high quality base oils.

Areas of Use:
It is safely used in water delivery baths of carbon and alloyed steels between the temperature range of ****5oC.

Benefits and Advantages Provided:

• Prevents occurrence of muddy wastes in oil during the water delivery process with the help of the highly qualified additive contained.
• Provides very good surface hardness on steels where surface hardening process is required and also prevents occurrence of microcracks on surface.
• May also be used as a coolant during the delivery of water to alloyed steels at normal or high levels.
• Does not leave any stain on the surface following the tempering process after water delivery.
• Resistant against oxidation and has high thermal stability.
