Special features of SCY Thermosetting injection molding machine

and heater made of aluminum alloy to ensure barrel temperature
consistency.
2. Platen is enclosed with heat insulation board made of
asbestos helps to increase production efficiency.
3. Suitable for Thermosetting plastic material, such as bakelite,
phenolic, urea and etc.
4. Equipped with SCY standard features, T-slot platen, Logic valve
hydraulic circuit, High torque 6 poles motor, Sub-cylinder for fast
mold clamp, and Microcomputer controller which includes colorful
LCD-display and multi-languages interface.
5. Enable to equip SCY optional systems, multi-loops system and
servo energy saving system to obtain high productivity and for
power saving consideration.
