Three rotors hammer flaker is used for grinding materials to fine particles, including waste veneer, chip, barks, oversized particle, crop straw, fruits shell, wood based panel board edge, bagasse, reed, salix, cotton stalk, caragana, palm, coconut, etc. Grinded particles can be used for producing pellets、briquettes、wood based panel board and boiler combustion. Powder also can be milled for makingwood-plastic composite.
 

Three rotors hammer flaker is our patent product with new design and good performance. Three rotors are installed .Twin-rotor hammer rotate with a high speed to grind the material, centralrotor knifecut the grinded material to proper size. Flakes size can be controlled by different shapes of the screen meshes. High wear resistant hammers and grinding blades interplay to hammer material to qualified flakes. Energy consumption can be lowered *7% at least compared with traditional hammer mill.
