A*3 Tile Adhesive applies on sticking big pieces of tiles, vitrified tiles on both interior and exterior wall and surface which is low water absorption, such as high steel series surface, plaster surface, cement fiber surface, and ELD surface. A*3 Tile Adhesive has the functions of crack-resistance, excellent elasticity and super adhesion. When use A*3 Tile Adhesive to stick new tiles on old tile surface or old paint surface, don’t need to shed the old tiles or surface off. A*3 Tile Adhesive can directly use on extensive renovation project. This is to reduce work and cost. SURFACE PREPARATION All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, Wax, curing compounds and any other loose or contaminating materials Stir and mix Add clean water to a bucket, and then slowly add tiles powder to the water. Stir the mix with electrical drill-mixer until a lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mix to stand for 3 to 5 minutes. re-stir then use the tile adhesive. The mixing ratio is *5 kg powder to 7 liters of water. Application Scrape the mixing(thickness is about 3mm) on the surface with scraper ; each scraping area is about 1 square meter; Then use scraper(*0mm**0mm) to cut the surface to rack gear shape. Scrape the mixing(about 3mm) on tile; If there is deep lines or slot, tile adhesive should be added on the back of the tiles. PREPARATION ***** sure vertical and horizontal veracity of the surface before working. ***** marble must be stuck on the surface within drying time. ***** be adjust the marble within adjusting time in order not to effect the intention. 4.Dispose redundant marble adhesive before hardening. ***** floor should be opened to light foot traffic or grout after *4 hours following the process. 6.Don’t apply marble adhesive in temperatures above *0 degree or below 5 degree. 7.Don’t allow the adhesive to skin prior to laying the marble.
