  Why disassemble the tires before
crushing/ shredding them?
Traditionally in waste tire
recycling, whole tires are conveyed into crushers/ shredders
directly. This method has three significant disadvantages for users
in developing countries.
1.   To
handle to whole tires, the machines that crush/ shred them have to
be designed very large & powerful, thereby also very
expensive.
2.   To
crush the whole tires directly, the machines mush be very powerful,
which increase the power consumption, usually a **0 KW crusher can
hardly process 2 tons of waste tire per hour.
3.   Crushing
the whole tires with the strong steel beads makes the blades
of tire crushers wear out quickly, and the cost of
maintenance & spare parts unaffordable.
By disassembling the tires before crushing, the all three
disadvantages above be get over.
1.   The
Machines of next step ( crushers/ shredders) can be much smaller
and thus much cheaper, as they only need to handle material of much
smaller size without strong beads inside.
2.   The
total power consumption becomes much lower (>*0%) for crushing/
shredding, a small crusher with only *5 KW motor can crush 1.5 tons
disassembled tire.
3.   The
Durability of the crushers/ shredders’ blades becomes much
higher, saves lots of money & trouble in the long
