TMN**2 is a long life battery powered, intrinsically safe, 3G or LpWAN (Low Power WAN)  data logger, meant for utilities or SCADA service providers. The device is capable of interfacing to digital, analog, pulse count and general interface (on customization) meters/sensor devices. The applications can be sewer water monitoring, water/gas pulse counter meter reading, smart farming, SCADA etc. It is a device designed for harsh, scattered, outdoor, underwater, no power, no network, difficult to maintain, oil and gas hazardous environment etc.

The digital, analog or pulse count data measured from sensors can be logged into the internal non-volatile memory at the configurable sampling frequency. At the event of alarm condition, data can be sent to data service center and mobile users in real time via 3G or LpWAN network. Under normal operation, logged data can be sent on configurable periodic interval in hourly, daily, weekly or monthly setting. The scheduled reporting will also serve the purposes of health check or automated wireless configuration update by the data service center. If there are no activities, the device shall be in deep sleeping mode to conserve the battery power.
