Working process of our pellet making line:

1.Grinding section-wood chipper and hammer mill:

 The wood pellets must be processed with powder materials, the trunk and branches of trees must be crushed into small chips by wood chipper, then use hammer mill to fine grind into powder before the pelleting.

 2.Drying section-dryer:

The usual moisture of the wood is ****0%, and the pelleting materisl should be *5%, the redundant moisture must be dryed by this machine, our new type of the dryer with high efficiency, and giving best drying with low cost.

3.Pelleting section-pellet machine:

This part is the most important of the whole line, our pellet machine for wood include flat die pellet mill, ring die pellet mill and vertical ring die pellet mill, supply as your actual need and also accoring to the materials, all these machine offer you best quality pellets wood. 

4.Cooling section-cooler:

The pellet with high temprature output form the pelleting machine, about ****0 degrees Celsius, the cooling machine is needed to reduce the temprature for the pellets storing, our counter flow cooler is the usual type of the cooling machine for the pellets, it can give the better result in a short time, with low energy cost. 

5.Packing section-paking machine:
