Its uses: color reagent, for catalase spectrophotometric determination. It has good water solubility, high sensitivity and strong stability.

Scope of application: for quantitative determination of uric acid (UA) in human serum, plasma or urine.

Toos is a common chromogenic reagent in the new Trinder's reagent. It is used for the determination of hydrogen peroxide by enzyme spectrophotometry and is widely used in diagnostic detection and biochemical tests. In fact, toos is powder, but it belongs to water-soluble reagent when used.
