India grows the finest mangoes in the world. Although more than a thousand varieties exist, only around *0 varieties are grown on commercial scales out of which Totapuri is one of the outstanding specimens.

Totapuri mangoes are large in size and golden yellow in colour. They are oblong in shape and have a prominent beak-like pointed end. These mangoes vary in length but are generally about 7 inches long. The skin of the fruit is usually thick and the colour can varies from green to yellow.

Totapuri mangoes are excellent sources of nutrients such as Vitamin A, E, C, B6. Together, these nutrients are known to have antioxidant properties, providing nourishment to the body while increasing resistance power and are also essential for vision. Vitamin A is also required for maintaining healthy mucus membranes and skin.
