SMC has developed a group of tube end forming machines that are
economically priced and versatile. These machines are all
electrical driven and hydraulically powered. They are
self-contained due to their motor, pump, valves and reservoir.
Tooling is used to expand, reduce, flare, flange, bead all of which
we are more than happy to accommodate to customer’s
requirements.
Three Types of Tube End Forming Machine: 1.Single Station Diverging
Tube Machine 2.Double Station Diverging Tube Machine 3.Taper Pipe
End Forming Machine
The features of Tube End Forming Machine include a fuel tank and
frame, which are integrated into the designed Natural cooling
system. Manual push-type lubrication system is efficient and the
machine also has the necessary counter function. It is also
possible to add foot-step switch or box switch on request.
Overall it is highly efficient, without waste material, forming one
time, smooth surface without burrs.

Taper Pipe End
Forming Machine:
1. Adopt
cold forging technology to forge into cylinder or cone.
2. Closed
circuit circulating system is equipped to guarantee the machine
works for long term.
3. If
matched with corresponding mould, it can make various work piece of
different shape and size. And the work piece is bright, smooth and
has higher strength.
