The gelatin ribbon is lubricated by fine oil supply technology. The oil mass can be regulated on-line. The capsules neednt be washed.

The die roller adopts aerometal with long work cycle, more die cavities and low rate of net ribbon.

The material feeding pump adopts internal lubrication and external lubrication. The effect of lubrication and heat radiation is better. It is easy to replace the lubricating oil on-line.

Adopt SIEMENS PLC and Touch panel. The operation is more humanization.

The Oil Roller System adopts full drive roller. The problem of gelatin ribbon creeping is solved thorough.

It is more flexible to place the equipment. The capsules can be outputted from the left side of the equipment or the right.

The injection wedge movements easily and quickly. The automatic adjustment of the location and angle makes the curves completely coincide with the die roller to ensure the quality of capsules.
