-Tungsten target
Tungsten layers are components of the thin-film transistors used in TFL-LCD screens.They are used wherever large screen layouts,particularly high image definition and optimized contrasts are needed.
Our tunsten targets have a purity of *9.*8%.
-Molybdenum target
Molybdenum coatings are the crucial components of the thin-film transistors used in TFT-LCD screens. These provide instantanious control of the individual image dost(pixels)and consequently ensure particularly sharp image quality.
Molybdenum layers are also used as back contacts in CIGS solar cells.
Our molybdenum targets have a purity of *9.*7%.
-Tungsten and molybdenum target
Our molybdenum tungsten alloys(MoW) offer enhanced stability against ITO, aluminum or copper etching solutions.By adding tungsten to pure molybdenum we can selectively slow down the speed of etching.
-Molybdenum and Tantalum target
Based on MoW target, MoTa target has an outstanding corrosion resistance.
-Molybdenum and Niobium target
NoNb is used in touch panels as particularly corrosion resistant wirings of the ITO sensor.
